Signs your roof damage may be covered.
If a recent storm rolled through, your insurance may cover a repair or even a full replacement. These are the things adjusters look for — and what we document for you:
- Missing, cracked, or curling shingles after wind
- Dented gutters, vents, or flashing from hail
- Granules collecting in downspouts
- New leaks or ceiling stains
- Debris impact or fallen branches
On-site documentationOn an approved claim, insurance covers the cost of the new roof minus your deductible. We bill the insurer directly for the approved scope.

Insurance claim FAQ.
Will filing a claim raise my rates?
A single weather-related claim usually doesn't, since storm damage isn't considered your fault — but every policy is different. We'll give you our honest read, and you decide whether to file. We never pressure anyone into a claim.
What if my claim gets denied?
Denials happen, often over documentation. Because we photograph thoroughly and meet the adjuster on-site, our documented claims have a high approval rate. If it's denied, you owe us nothing for the inspection, and we'll talk through repair options that fit your budget.
How long does the whole process take?
From inspection to a new roof is typically two to four weeks, depending on how fast your insurer moves and the weather. Emergency tarping is available immediately if you have an active leak.
Do I have to pay anything up front?
No. On an approved claim you pay your deductible, and we bill the insurer for the approved scope. We'll lay out the exact numbers in writing before any work starts.
